Mrs. Hull

Hi, my name is Amanda Hull.  Dixons Creek Primary School has been a significant part of my life since 2003 when my oldest daughter began her schooling there.  I have worn a number of different hats over the years and have now been teaching Art there since 2011.  We all enjoy a very creative, colourful and often messy time in the art room and I love giving the children these opportunities.  I live locally with my husband and our four children who keep us very busy.  In any spare time I might happen upon, I enjoy keeping myself fit, reading, gardening, watching our children play sport and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Schabel

Hello, my name is Kylie Schabel and this is my second year of teaching at DCPS.  I am excited to be working with the grade 5/6’s and hope to make 2017 a fantastic year for my class and their families.  I am a graduate teacher, however, I’ve had many years of IT industry experience working for IBM and CSC.  I am the proud mother of three children aged 15, 11 and 10 with the two youngest attending Dixons Creek Primary too.  I live locally in the valley and outside of school I enjoy travelling, playing tennis and cake decorating.

Mrs. Crawford

Hello, I’m Jody. I’ve been at DCPS for 6 years, working as an Integration Aide and Literacy Intervention Officer. I am the proud Mum of 4 and Nanna of 3! As well as 2 little “fur babies”, my dog Matilda plus Mittens the cat. Away from school I enjoy baking, arts & crafts, photography and following the greatest team in the world, the Carlton Blues!

Mrs. McMurray

My name is Kerrie McMurray. I have been working at Dixons Creek P.S for 8 years. I was originally a teacher aide in the 3-6 room, but I’m now enjoying my position in the administration office.

I have four children, Miranda who is at university, Olivia, Hanna & Jonah who are all at secondary college.

On weekends my husband and I enjoy watching Jonah play tennis and relaxing with the family.

Mrs. Smith

Hi! I am Kirsten Smith and I am an integration aide at Dixons Creek Primary School. I have one child who also attends Dixons Creek Primary School. I have lived in the valley for 19 years. In my spare time I love listening to music, (some people say I am obsessed with the 80's) and going to concerts. I enjoy catching up with friends and family and having a good laugh.
